The Kiwanis Club of St. John’s/IG Wealth Management High School Short Story Contest Awards took place on November 19th at 2:00 pm at Bally Haly at 100 Golf Course Road. Finalists are shown below.
Pamela Earle, the Regional Vice-President for IG Wealth Managements and Kiwanis President Brenda Kelleher- Flight present the first place award to Zoha Ahamad for her winning story MY NAME.
The Kiwanis Club of St. John’s, now in its 72nd year, meets regularly during the period September to June. Please email the club for details. Summer meetings follow a similar schedule but are held at member-sponsored venues. Because of Covid restrictions, meetings are normally online. Meetings may feature guest speakers.
